I’m a Life and Leadership Coach and the founder of Salt & Skill Coaching.
My work is rooted in both experience and perspective.
I’ve spent much of my life in positions of responsibility—leading teams, building programs, and navigating complex decisions across both my career and personal life.
Before the age of 30, I reached six figures in my career—not by following a perfectly mapped path, but by learning how to make intentional decisions, step into opportunities, and lead even in rooms where I was often the youngest.
From serving as a commissioned officer in the Army to leading within nonprofit and workforce development spaces, my work has consistently centered around helping people move forward in meaningful, strategic ways.
But my story isn’t just professional.
At the same time, I’ve been navigating life as a wife and mother of four—learning in real time what it means to balance ambition, responsibility, and the realities of everyday life.
I understand what it feels like to carry a lot.
To lead, to provide, to show up for others—
while also trying to make thoughtful decisions about your own life.
And what I’ve come to recognize—both personally and professionally—is this:
Most capable women are not lacking ability.
They are lacking space.
Space to think clearly.
Space to process where they are.
Space to make decisions that are aligned—not just expected.
That realization is what shaped the work I do today.
Through Salt & Skill Coaching, I help women move out of autopilot and into clarity—so they can make decisions about their career, leadership, and life with confidence and intention.
Because clarity isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about understanding where you are well enough to decide what comes next.
The women who seemed the most “put together”…
were often the ones carrying the most.
They weren’t lacking ambition.
They weren’t lacking discipline.
And they certainly weren’t lacking ability.
If anything, they had proven—over and over again—that they were capable.
But beneath all of that capability, there was something quieter happening.
They were moving. Achieving. Carrying. Performing.
…but not always pausing.
Not pausing long enough to ask:
Is this still aligned?
Is this the life I actually want?
Or just the one I’ve learned to manage well?
